Requests for Scholarships: The application will be available beginning May 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. We will deactivate the application when the program has closed for the year. Find the application here (ClOSED).
You will need the following information when you complete the application – name of camp/program, dates of camp/program, amount requested and the date the funds are due. You will also need to upload documentation stating your child is on the Autism Spectrum. If funds are available, we will consider your request.
Requests for our Holiday Gift Card Program and our iPads for Kids Program: The applications will be available beginning Oct. 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. We will deactivate the applications when the programs have closed for the year.
Whether you are requesting an iPad, a Target gift card or a Walmart gift card, only one application per child will be granted. Find the gift card application here and the iPad application here.
Applications must be submitted online. Any application via email, mail or phone will not be considered.
